Killeigh pupils Contribute to Government Taskforce on Mental Health

On June 1st, 4 pupils , Matthew Kelly, Jessica Dunne, Kevin Healy and Anna Culliton travelled with Mr. White by train to Dublin to partake in consultations being carried out by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs on children’s wellbeing. Killeigh was one of 10 schools from all over Ireland taking part. The children’s work and thoughts  will be reflected in a report to the National Taskforce on Youth Mental Health, chaired by Minister of State Helen McEntee.
