Engineers Visit - John Ryan
One of the most enjoyable aspects of Engineers Week is the engineers class visit. This year the boys and girls in 3rd and 4th class were paid a visit by parent John Ryan, who spoke to the children about the work of an engineer. He also spoke to them about problem solving and how engineers solve everyday problems. He also demonstrated how new technologies such as Augmented Reality can be used. We are very grateful to John for coming in and being so generous with his time. The children really enjoyed the experience. |
