Science Week Science Fair 2019

The boys and girls of both 5th classes combined to host this years Science Fair. Featuring a variety of experiments including: 

• • elephants toothpaste

  • how big is your lungs

  • magnets

  • electro magnet

  • slime

  • lava lamps

  • tornado in a bottle

  • blowing up a balloon using a chemical reaction

  • looking at cells using a microscope

  • pencil in a bottle (showing that a vacuum held in water in a bottle, even when the bottle was punctured)

  • walking stickman

  • refraction 

It was a very enjoyable day and we are very grateful to the boys and girls from 5th class who worked so hard to prepare for the fair as well as doing an excellent job demonstrating their experiments for all of the boys and girls in school.
