Pupils from Scoil Shinchill are currently in the pilot phase of using the IXL online learning system. Pupils use their chromebooks or iPad once a week to play online maths games. The children are engaging really well with this technology which both tests and teaches maths concepts. Each session, they choose a familiar topic to work on. If they are unsure of what to do, in addition to teacher helping them,  IXL provides tutorials for each question. It has proved to be a very engaging maths activity for all pupils.
